Family-Owned, Serving Douglas County Since 2005

Brooke’s Chem-Dry is a Chem-Dry franchise. Chem-Dry is a top ranked franchise system. The cleaning process and the cleaning solution come from the Chem-Dry brand. Our technicians go through the Chem-Dry 5 Star Master Technician Certification program.

How We Clean: Hot Carbonating Extraction

Brooke’s Chem-Dry uses Hot Carbonating Extraction (HCE). A carbonating cleaning solution is applied to the carpet. The bubbles help lift dirt from the fibers, and extraction equipment removes it. HCE uses about 80% less water than steam cleaning, so carpet dries in about 1 to 2 hours. Steam cleaning can take up to 12 to 24 hours to dry. For a side-by-side look, read steam cleaning in Lawrence, KS vs Chem-Dry.

Our core cleaner, The Natural®, doesn’t rely on soapy detergents or harsh chemicals, but rather, uses carbonation to help lift dirt from carpets. It leaves no dirt-attracting residue. The process also removes non-living allergens.

Pet Urine Odors: P.U.R.T.

Brooke’s Chem-Dry offers P.U.R.T.® (Pet Urine Removal Treatment), which removes pet urine odors. If a pet odor has come back after other cleanings, ask about P.U.R.T. when you call (785) 760-8000. You can read more about pet odor removal in Lawrence, KS.
